After graduating from college in 2020, Blair dabbled in a couple of different industries before finding her place at McVeigh Global. She spent a year in Cleveland, Ohio as an elementary school educator for City Year AmeriCorps during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. For the first seven months of the school year, she assisted her partner teacher in a virtual classroom before transitioning back to an in-person school environment. Upon her return to the east coast, Blair began assisting a New York wedding planner, doing everything from vendor research and management to event design and coordination. These experiences reinforced Blair’s love for organized chaos, as well as fed her industrious attitude and collaborative spirit.
Blair graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
