Kathy D’Arrigo

Client Reconciliations Manager


Fun Fact: Kathy is one of 8 children, has 4 boys and 19 nieces and nephews. Family get togethers are AMAZING!!!!

Bio: Kathy D’Arrigo joins McVeigh Global Meetings and Events with more than 20 years of experience in Accounting.

Kathy is responsible for many Accounts Receivable functions, including the final reconciliation, reviewing, balancing and uploading programs once they are completed. She is also responsible for State Reporting and Transfer of Values according to compliance, Bi-weekly Flash Report, Monthly closing of programs in GL, Year End reporting, balancing all accounts in the GL at end of year, creating a new budget yearly.

Prior to joining McVeigh, Kathy was a Full Charge Bookkeeper for PCS-Payroll Computing Service, where she managed all aspects of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliations, and reporting.

Dianna McArdle

Bio: Dianna McArdle has been with McVeigh Associates for over 10 years and is responsible for all of the Accounts Payable functions. Her responsibilities include maintaining accurate and up to date data in the financial software, doing regular weekly check runs, tracking, assigning and reconciling the credit card charges to individual events and conducting any other tasks and reports assigned according to company guidelines and by due dates required.

Rebecca Finn

Bio: Rebecca Finn joined McVeigh Global Meetings and Events back in 2013. With over 15 years’ experience in the Hospitality and Customer Service industry, Rebecca has broadened and maintained our client relations and has also grown her knowledge and experience in program meeting management and accounting procedures.

Prior to joining McVeigh, Rebecca began her journey in the hotel industry where she started at the Front Desk and had worked her way up to being a key asset to the Sales team. It was during this time where she developed her love for hospitality, meetings and events.

Currently as Client Services Manager, Rebecca assists in managing and coordinating small and large attendee meetings. In addition to planning, she is responsible for completing all program final reconciliations, final invoicing and updating internal databases with financials.

Stefanie Thaw

Fun Fact: While working at Starbucks, I met not only 4 of my best friends, but also my husband of 5 years!

Bio: Stefanie joins McVeigh Global Meetings and Events with 7 years of hotel experience including event planning, customer service, and accounting. She graduated in 2011 from Molloy College with her MBA in Finance.

Currently as a Financial Manager at McVeigh Global Meetings and Events, Stefanie manages invoicing, reconciliations, and budgeting. She has extremely high standards of work quality, but also understands tight reporting deadlines. This translates to an efficient and productive finance team at McVeigh who delivers top-notch value for our clients.

Debbie Mustacaros

HR & Office Manager

Bio: Debbie Mustacaros joined McVeigh Global Meetings and Events with 10+ years of experience as Human Resource Manager, Office Manager as well as Project Management. Prior to joining McVeigh Global Meetings and Events, Debbie was a Project Manager for pharmaceutical clients at Ross Communications, Inc., managing air travel, accommodations, ground transportation, off-site functions and excursions as well as all third-party vendors. In her current role with McVeigh Associates, she has provided support to account managers through training meeting planning staff on internal standard operating procedures and has served as Project Manager on an as needed basis for various accounts. Her primary responsibility is managing all facets of Office Services and Human Resources to include employee benefits and payroll administration.

Dina Rossi

Bio: Dina Rossi joins McVeigh Global Meetings and Events with over 20 years of experience in the administration field. She is responsible for all different administrative duties, primarily purchasing for the company.

Prior to joining McVeigh, Dina was a Medical Records Administrator for a large Dermatology practice. Within this role, Dina managed all medical records for Cancer patients.

Currently as Assistant Office Manager for McVeigh, Ms. Rossi manages all aspects of the office.

Dina graduated from Queens College, City University of New York with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Urban Studies.
