CHALLENGE:
A leading Information Technology client sought MGME and Marble seeking the most exclusive, high-end, and high-touch event for their executives from across the organization with four weeks of lead time. The Vienna marathon would take place over the same dates, which brought immense challenge and limited booking availability.
SOLUTION:
MGME strategically put together a full site visit within a week’s notice at the client’s request to show them the best of Vienna. The production value for general session and awards was top notch thanks to the incredible team at Marble.
Handpicked to attend, company executives spent each day in Kursalon for general session and were treated to some of the most unique and historic places in Vienna at night.
General Session meetings took place in Kursalon Wien. The venue sits in the heart of City Park along Ringstrassee Road and is home to one of the first live concerts by the waltz king, Johann Strauss II.
Sunday Welcome Dinner took place in Wiener Rathauskeller, a signature restaurant located in the cellar of the Vienna City Hall. Since 1899, it has been a special place for social gatherings and Viennese traditions.
Monday evening’s event took place at Coburg Palais, where guests dined among the fortifications of Vienna’s original city walls dating back to medieval times. Guests enjoyed a string quartet and two ballroom dancers who waltzed perfectly through the dining area. To keep in tune with all things traditional Vienna, guests rode in style by horse carriage to the venue.
Final night concluded with the Awards Dinner & Ceremony at Palais Ferstel, one of Vienna’ most opulent spaces.
