Two pharmaceutical giants needed to train and energize two different sales teams.

SOLUTION:

McVeigh Global partnered with both companies to understand unique business objectives to effectively create a meeting that would synergize the two cultures together. The team came up with an impactful theme throughout the entire program (“ignite”) which allowed for inspirational networking events, motivational speakers and necessary policy training for a successful outcome.
