FRANCIS P. MCVEIGH, JR.

PRESIDENT & CEO


Frank P. McVeigh was instrumental in forming McVeigh Associates in the summer of 1990. Frank’s continued focus on sales, technology and the growth of McVeigh Associates is key to the company’s success. His industry knowledge and presence has enabled him to develop McVeigh Associates into the leading meeting management company that it is today.

Prior to forming McVeigh Associates, Frank was the President of Travel Destinations Unlimited of New York. Throughout Frank’s 6 years at the helm, Travel Destinations attained sales growth in excess of 35 million dollars, with nine branch offices focused on meetings, incentives, and corporate travel.

Frank holds a B.B.A. in Professional Management from Pace University, and M.B.A. in Economics from Long Island University.

ELLEN MONTUORI-GRAZIANO

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND MANAGING PARTNER


Ellen Montuori-Graziano, along with her two other managing partners Frank McVeigh and Robert LeValley, formed McVeigh Associates in 1990. As an active and dynamic partner, Ellen oversees the Finance Department as well as the daily operation of all divisions of McVeigh Associates.

Ellen has over 35 years experience in the Travel and Meetings Industry. Prior to McVeigh Associates, she was Director of Operations for Travel Destinations Unlimited of New York, overseeing nine branch offices. Prior to that, she was the Manager of Travel Committee which specialized in employee travel programs for over 40 Fortune 500 companies.

ROBERT G. LEVALLEY

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND MANAGING PARTNER


Robert is one of the founding partners of McVeigh Associates. A leader in the industry for over 35 years, his network of clients has been responsible for McVeigh Associates’ continued growth. He has created a sophisticated, global branding for the company which has been utilized to expand the corporate reach within the marketplace, develop a client demographic with a historical average of 50% internationally based programs, and command a unique niche in global association meeting management within the healthcare industry. His primary responsibilities include client sales and account services incorporating comprehensive program and account management and strategies, development of a diversified business portfolio within McVeigh, and overseeing the organization’s account managers who deliver superior customer service and ensure financial performance.

Prior to forming McVeigh Associates, Robert consolidated the meeting planning network within a Fortune 500 Company and managed international trade show management across multiple industries. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Dickinson College in Pennsylvania with concurrent intensive course work at the University of Toronto and University of Leningrad.

MICHELLE J. HELLER

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, STRATEGIC MEETING MANAGEMENT


Michelle has been with McVeigh Associates for over 16 years. As a Senior Vice President in the Meeting Planning Division, Michelle oversees McVeigh’s Account Managers and their respective meeting planning teams. She is also responsible for Directing and Managing New Account Assimilation, Implementation and Management. Her creation and implementation of McVeigh’s standard operating procedures and templates for logistical implementation, strategic account development, adherence to compliance and seamless financial reconciliation process are responsible for superior customer service and McVeigh’s long term success in maintaining our client base.

Prior to joining McVeigh Associates, Ltd., Michelle was the Director of Hotel Sales and Marketing at the Inn at Great Neck Hotel on Long Island after serving as Director of Sales for the Krisam Group in New York, a regional hotel sales office. Michelle began her career in the Hospitality Industry as a Senior Hotel Coordinator at Dun & Bradstreet.

JANET MCMAHON

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, STRATEGIC MEETING MANAGEMENT


Janet was part of the team that formed McVeigh Associates in July of 1990. As one of two Senior Vice Presidents, Janet oversees Account Managers and their respective meeting planning teams for our corporate client base. Her current responsibilities also include submitting proposals to new clients, preparation of pre-planning budgets, business forecasting, site selection, contract negotiations, preparing quarterly reports, planning meetings and special events, overseeing regulatory adherence, as well as superior program implementation and financial management. Janet is also responsible to liaise with our IT department to research, produce and implement the best possible technology platforms for our business.

Prior to joining McVeigh, she was the assistant to the President and General Manager at Travel Destinations Unlimited of New York.

DOUGLAS W. HUNT

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & TECHNOLOGY


Doug joined McVeigh Associates, Ltd. in 2001, and is responsible for the sales and marketing initiatives worldwide. His responsibilities also comprise the sourcing of strategic partnerships, the implementation of business development strategies and the management of business technology solutions for McVeigh Associates.

His focus on technology includes managing supplier agreements with cutting edge SAAS providers, training staff members on numerous technology platforms, streamlining SOPs, integrating customized reports and identifying efficiencies along the way.

Doug has been immersed in the Sales and Marketing arena since 1997. He has vast experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a Sales Executive in the Cardiovascular Division of Novartis Pharmaceuticals. In addition, Doug also has experience in the Technology Industry as a Regional Account Manager for the Fortune 500 Company, Spherion, Inc. He was responsible for acquiring new accounts and implementing Web-based Recruitment Solutions throughout the Northeast.

Prior to launching his career, Doug graduated from King’s College with a Liberal Arts background and a BA in Criminal Justice/Law. In parallel, Doug also accomplished a semester at Regent’s University in London.
